He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ewing and Izetta Ewing (Eaton). He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Joy Ewing (McCoy); his sister Beverly Triplett (Dutch) of Beaver; his sisters-in-law, Jan Craig of North Carolina and Carol Epstein (Harry) of Florida; and his close friend Duie Matenkosky (Jean) of Jeannette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
