She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Kapusta and Margaret Kapusta (Laurie). She is survived by: her husband Leo Ulicny; her daughters, Tammy Bowers (Tony) of Saint Clair, Amanda Ulicny of Saint Clair and Kimberly Bowers of Saint Clair; her grandchildren, Rhiana Foley of Emma, T. J and Brantley Bowers; and her sister Peg Garland of Pottsville.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
