She was predeceased by : her parents, John Carr and Alice Keller Carr; her husband Raymond "Junie" Prechtel, Jr.; and her siblings, Bernard, Floyd, Gerald, Francis, Harold, Donald, June Appenzellar, Betty Evans, Joann Eckert, Ruth Copello and Robert.

She is survived by : her daughters, Jane Casher (Bob) of Kentucky, Diane Jamieson (Tom) of Tidioute, Joan Thompson (Kevin) of Custer City and Sandy Young (John) of St. Marys; and her brother Elwin Carr (Charlene) of St. Marys. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
