It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Barlett (Saint Petersburg, Pennsylvania), born in Richland, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 17, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parent William J.; and his brother James P. Barlett. He is survived by : his parent Bertha F. Martin Barlett; his spouse Donna Kagle Barlett; his daughters, Dora B. Hovis (Ron) of St. Petersburg and Melinda Pennington of Ellwood City; his grandchildren, Aaron, Adam, Ryan, Ashley and Cheyanne; his siblings, Leroy S. "Sam" Barlett (Midge) of St. Petersburg, Dorothy Sloan (Don Ray) of Emlenton and Marlene Reisinger (Lewis) of Rockland; and his sister-in-law Connie Barlett of Dade City, FL.
