It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Brumbaugh of Salix, Pennsylvania, born in Roaring Spring, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 29, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond S. Brumbaugh and C. Alberta Brumbaugh (Benner); his granddaughter Mary Kate Sterle; and his parents-in-law, Gerald and Mary Gonsman.
He is survived by: his wife E. Denise Gonsman; his daughters, Debra L. Williams (Scott A.) of Monroeville and C. Diane Sterle (Thomas E.) of Salix; his grandchildren, Tasha A. Capalongo (Matt), Sarah L. Sterle (Jacob M. Jones) and Tyler A. Williams; and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Cassidy, Christianna, Charlotte Capalongo and Brooklyn Williams. He is also survived by many cousins, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family members and many dear friends.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private funeral service will be held at John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg, Pastor Millie Baker and Pastor Cheryl Gonsman, niece of Donald, officiating.
