She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Stephens and Doris Stephens (Hill); her husband Isaac C. Koch; her children, Stephen S. Koch (Jennifer) of Avis, Karen Moses (Mark) of Rauchtown and Apryl Lowry (John) of Jersey Shore; her grandchildren, Matthew, Morgan Moses, Andrew, Hunter Bailey, McKenzie and Mikalah Koch; and her brother James Stephens (Pat) of Williamsport.
