Milligan III of Saltsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Braddock, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 18, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John Milligan and Ivy Milligan (Coggins); his wife Mary E. Milligan (Dorn); and his brother Robert Milligan. He is survived by : his sons, John William Milligan of Slickville and William Thomas Milligan of Salina; and his grandchildren, Aaron James Milligan (Haley) of Brookyln, NY and Alyssa Irene Vincent (Kevin) of Greensburg.
