Pearl M. Astolos Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Ferretti and Edna "Goldie" Ferretti-Pandullo (Shaffer); her former husband Maurice Meckley; her husband Charles J. Astolos, Sr.; her children, Barbara L. Kravice, Donald Meckley and James Meckley; her grandson Jody Meckley; and her siblings, James Ferretti, David Pandullo, William Pandullo, Rudolph Pandullo, Sr., Sam Pandullo, Mildred Eckenrode, Gloria Young, Lena Koreni, Dorothy and Rose.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lena E. Ferrero of Greensburg and Linda McMahon (Clint) of Washington Township; her grandchildren, Steve D. Ferrero, Jr. of Greensburg, Ginger L. Ferrero of Penn Hills, Tracy L. Ferrero (Tammy) of Crystal, MN, Krystal Lynch (Brett) of Mt. Pleasant, Robin McMahon of North Carolina, Brenda McMahon of Saltsburg, Michelle McMahon of Apollo and Donald Meckley, Jr. of Blairsville; her great grandchildren, Noah, Miranda, Marissa, Mackenzie, Jeffrey, Justice, Nicole, Garrett, Vincent and Mia; her great great grandchildren, McKella and Cade; her brother John Pandullo (Pat) of Florida; and her caregiver Carole Giron.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Curran Funeral Home and Cremation Services - Saltsburg (701 Salt St, Saltsburg, PA 15681). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Pearl's memory to a fund to help replace the stove at the church she attended: Church of The Brethren, 554 Stanton St., Greensburg, PA 15601 and in the memo: Stove Repair.
