Winters (Sandy Ridge, Pennsylvania), born in Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 6, 2015, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Ralph C. Winters. He is survived by : his mother Dorothy I. Winters (Lansberry) of Osceola Mills, PA; his wife Marjorie L. Winters (Miller); his son Brian G. Winters (Jessica Yeager) of Philipsburg, PA; and his brother Gerald R. Winters (Donna) of Philipsburg, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
