She was predeceased by : her father Kazimiez Wankowicz; her husband Emanuel Lazarcik; and her brother Edward Wankowicz. She is survived by : her mother Stefania Mazur Wankowicz; her children, Gabriel Lazarcik (Emily) and Stephanie Hughes (Brandon) of Butler; and her siblings, Andrew Wankowicz of Poland, Christina Podlewski and Diane Oblozo of Poland. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
