Fox of Sarver, Pennsylvania, born in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 13, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, George H Fox and Charlene A. Fox (Hicks); and his grandsons, Alexander John and Xavier Michael. He is survived by : his wife Debbie Fox (Brzezinski); his child Tracy L Cummings (Shawn); his grandchildren, Julia and Colin; his son Michael J Fox (Tracey) of McCandless; his grandson Jackson; his siblings, Beatrice "Betsy" Wallace (Ken) and Terry L Fox (Susan); his brother-in-law Tom Brzezinski, Jr.; and also Linda Brzezinski.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions in John's memory be made to the American Heart Association or American Cancer Society of Pittsburgh.
