We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2021, at the age of 81, Patricia Smith of Sarver, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, John B. Chisnell, Sr. and Helen Margaret Smith Chisnell; her husband Hilbert "Hib"; and her brothers, John B. Chisnell, Jr., Harry Michael Chisnell and Daniel.
She is survived by : her daughters, Patricia A. Blackburn (Barry) of Sarver and Debbie J. Hayes (Richard) of Sarver; her siblings, James Chisnell (Gale) of Owings Mills, MD and Cheryl Putnam (Arnold) of Gettysburg, PA; her grandchildren, Crystal Stroup (Bud), Tiffany Pemper (Ed), Clinton Hayes, Dallas Hayes, Travis Hayes and Emily Holben (Evan); her great grandchild Lainey Pemper; her sister-in-law Mary Chisnell of Reisterstown, MD; and her nieces, Kay Mainhart and Diane Vargo. She is also survived by her daughters, and many other nieces and nephews.
