He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Kelly and Freda Shouldis Kelly; his daughter Ronda M. Cunningham; and his siblings, Jackie Kelly and Linda Lou Daugherty.
He is survived by : his wife Candace Kelly (Cunningham); his daughter Jessica Kelly of Sarver; his grandchildren, Dusty, Mickala, Indica, Samantha and Kit; his great grandchild Marcy; and his siblings, John Kelly of West Virginia, Katherine Cottrill of West Virginia, Maryann Ratliff of West Virginia and Melissa Hizer of West Virginia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
