She is survived by: her parents, Robert Lewetag of Saxonburg and June Helch (Green) of East Brady; her brother Erik Lewetag of Saxonburg; her stepsiblings, Jennifer Moody Helch (Shawn) of Zelienople, Ricky Helch (Chrichelle) of East Brady and Daniel Helch (Elysa) of Chicora; and her grandmother Marilyn Jursa of Saxonburg. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews as well as step-aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
