She is survived by: her mother Barbara Henderson Eldridge of Saylorsburg, PA.; her children, James Philhower Jr., John Philhower and Tracy Philhower; and her grandchildren, Payton, Khloey, Madison, Sophia and Charlotte. She is also survived by Siblings, 9 sisters 4 brothers, and several nieces and nephews.
