He is survived by: his children, Deborah Kay Sandt (Mark), Kimberly Ann Crane (William) and Richard Kyle Dech of Saylorsburg; his grandchildren, Christopher, Seth Hoagland, Serena Veazey, Jesse Sandt, Tyler and Kyle Dech; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Leia, James, Emma and Dominic; his brothers, Edward Dech, Jr. and Gerald Dech; and his grandson Nicholas S. Hoagland.
