Safko of Saylorsburg, PA.; her sister Joanne Tosi of Saylorsburg, PA.; her grandchildren, Kelly Supples of Saylorsburg, PA, Jennifer Pinghero (Christopher) of Kunkletown, PA, Wayne De Smet Jr. (Joann) of Ledgewood, NJ, Paul Baggerly (Chrissy), PJ De Smet (Lisa) of Winterville, NC, Brianna Owens (Connor) of Houston, TX, Andrew De Smet of Winterville, NC, Jessica De Smet of Winterville, NC, Trevor Safko (Carolina) of Boca Raton, FL and Amanda Levy (Corey) of Wayne, NJ; and her daughter Lorraine M. Safko. She was also cherished by her 13 Great Grandchildren.
