She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ayers of Washington and Ella Elizabeth Powers Ayers; her husband Fred Forys of LeRaysville; her son Michael Forys; and her siblings, Ellen Robinson, Erma "Eloise" Watson, Marian Watson, Florence "Irene" Ayers and Kenneth Ayers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Robinson (Milton), Teresa Forys-Savage (James) and Mary Souto (Thomas); and her sisters, Betty Orshaw and Marie Jacobs. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
