She is survived by: her significant other Charles Johnson; her children, Chad (Melissa Belles), Tara Johnson of Sayre, PA, Brandy Johnson of Elmira, NY and Courtney Johnson (Brandon Johnson) of Elmira, NY; her siblings, Bill (Jackie Bellis), Shawn Belles of Waverly, NY, John (Kesha Belles), Kevin (Lisa Belles), Karl Faulkner of Menheim, PA and Amy (Bill Slack); and her aunts, Sylvia Moe and Linda Kraft. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
