She was predeceased by: her parents, Albertha "Peg" VanHorn Driesbaugh and Edward VanHorn; her stepfather John Driesbaugh; her son Daniel Homan; her husband Bob Homan; her sister Margaret "Vonnie" Davenport; her siblings-in-law, Warren "Mac" Davenport and Barb VanHorn; her nephew James Thomas; and her aunt Angelique Frutchey Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Homan and Carol DeJonge; her granddaughter Tara Nichols; her great grandchildren, Tristen and MacKenzie; her grandchild Taylor; her grandmother Heather; her daughter-in-law Cindy Homan; her grandsons, Robert (Ashley) and Jacob (Kailey); her great grandchildren, Hayden, Elina, Connie Homan and Colleen Zurn; her daughters, Reaghan and Brooke Zurn; her siblings, Charles VanHorn (Cleone) and Peggy Thomas; and also, Lexi, Shannon, Sadie, Jennifer Homan, Patrick Homan, Kathy Walters, James Homan, Karen, Vince Whyte, Kathryn Whyte (Herb), Shawn Whyte, Mary Whyte (Andrew), Jerry Homan and Annie Marshall.
Facial masks and social distancing will be observed by those attending the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a contribution to a charity of one's choice, or give someone you love flowers in Shirley's memory.
