She was predeceased by : her parents, Glenn, Sr. Forrest and Roberta Forrest; her significant other Michelle Simpson; and her brother Brian Forrest. She is survived by : her daughters, Dawn and Bobbie Jo; her sons-in-law, Joshua and Norman; her grandchildren, Mikyah, Jordan, Levi and Alex; her siblings, Shelia, Colleen (Tom), Glenn, Jr. (Bonnie) and Mike; her uncle Loren Forrest (Rosemary); her aunt Connie Forrest; and her friends, Kim, Monica, Michelle, Anna, Milli and Lorinda. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
