She was predeceased by : her parents, Blaine S. Clapper and Betty Rose Clapper (Blough); her husband William A. Felten; and her sister Betty Kay Dewald. She is survived by : her children, Clyde Shippey Jr. (Kamala), James Shippey (Dawn) and Tammy Shippey; her grandchildren, Tristan, Kirstyn (Jake Miller), Nichole and Chloe; her great grandchild Ellenor Miller; and her brother Blaine E. Clapper. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
