It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John J. Mootz Jr. of Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 1, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Mootz, Sr. and Fern (Boltz); and his sister Barbara Mootz. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Ulsh (Michelle) of Auburn and Robert Ulsh II (Allison) of Savannah, GA.; his grandchildren, Michael, Madison, Mason, Miller and Robert III; his sister Melinda (Al Smith); and his niece Meredith Yowell.
