He was predeceased by: his father John J. Gotlewski; his sister Amy Craine; his stepfather Robert Viney; and his friend Terrence "Terry" Evans. He is survived by: his mother Judith Gotlewski Viney; his wife Catherine; his siblings, John (Wendy) and Michelle; his children, Joseph, Ibrahim, Kate (Patrick), Emily (Michael) and Talitha; his grandchildren, Evie and Declan; his siblings' children, Alyson, Caroline, Amanda, Alexandra, Brandon and John; and his former spouse Laurie.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Church (424 S Main St, North Wales, PA 19454). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jim's honor to the Sepsis Alliance, San Diego, CA or Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
