It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peter H. Burghart of Schwenksville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 1, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret "Marge" Burghart; his parents, Hubert A. Burghart and Kathryn M. Burghart; and his siblings, Stephen Burghart and Joan Dougherty.
He is survived by: his children, Peter M. Burghart of Chalfont, PA, Megan E. Flynn (Matthew) of Spring City, PA and Katherine E. Butcher (Theodore) of Eagleville, PA; and his siblings, Phyllis Volio, Dianne Olson, Thomas Burghart and Paul Burghart. He is also survived by grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Saint Mary Roman Catholic Church (40 Spring Mt Rd, Schwenksville, PA 19473). A Mass was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Peter and Paul Cemetery (1600 Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA 19064).
