He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin H. Rosensteel, Sr. and Alverta Trout Rosensteel Nahrbecki; his wife Paula Lankey Rosensteel; his grandson John Michael Pisula, Jr.; and his siblings, Barry Rosensteel and Sondra Nahrbecki.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Barnes (Johnny) of Jeannette and Louis Rosensteel (Leslie) of Greensburg; his grandchildren, Amanda Williams (Jason), Kody Rosensteel (Carley), Kyle Rosensteel, Toby Rosensteel, Trey Rosensteel, Tiana Lucy Rosensteel and Tucker Rosensteel; his great grandchildren, Morgan Alexis Williams, Brynn Rylee Pisula, Bryce Michael Pisula and Declan Rosensteel; and his sister Terri Atkinson of New Wilmington, PA..
