He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Kalish and Josephine Kalish (Kotouch); his former wife Betty Kalish (Eiford); and his siblings, Franklin, Edward Kalish (Patricia), Virginia Kalish, Margaret Beers (Edward), Lillian Layman (Alvin), Dorothy Smith (William) and Freda Rorke (Michael).
He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Kalish and Patricia Kaniuga; his wife Marcene White (Kemp); and his stepchildren, Kevin White and Vicky White Showman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
