He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Francis Leroy and Nellie Marie Culler (Arrington); and his wife Betty Irene Culler (Pospisil). He is survived by: his sons, William Leroy Culler Jr. (Michelle Sue) and Robert Scott Culler (Tina Marie); his grandchildren, Joel William Culler (Neisy), Jesse Michael Culler (Vanessa Marie Gruss), Jordan Anne Culler (John Philip Welsh), Tonya Darlene Culler, Timothy Russell Culler (Mallory Lynn) and Breann Marie Sachs (Brian Lee Sachs); his great grandchildren, Emma, Jacob Culler, Maisie and Braxton Sachs; and his brother James Allen Culler (Robin Elaine). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
