He is survived by: his wife May J. Herbert; his children, Matthew A. Miller (Stephanie) and Tracey Walsh (Jason); his grandchildren, Maddison and Brody Walsh; his sister Shirley Miller Davis; and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Herbert (Frances), Diane Laird and Carolyn Clark Russo.
