She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Chilek; her son Joseph Chilek; and her siblings, James Anglin, Mary Fanelli, Helen Garvey, Romayne Murphy and Katherine Tunney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Neary (John) and Ann Buenning (Charles); her daughter-in-law Deborah Chilek; and her grandchildren, John Michael Neary, Cathleen Otis, Michael Chilek, Laurie Dufour and Catilin Musselman. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
