With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Silverman of Scranton, Pennsylvania, born in Dunmore, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 27, 2021 at the age of 73. She was predeceased by: her parent Anna Karzensoki; her husband Jay Silverman; her parent Anna Karzenoski; her children, James Martin and Lori Karzenoski; and her brother Joseph Karzenoski.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Martin (Victor Anderson), Kevin Martin (Devan Barr), Stacy Amaya (Ismael Amaya), Katina Calamaco (Juan Calamaco) and Jay Silverman (Jennifer Silverman); and her sibling's children, Cherie and Joseph Karzenoski. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
