She was predeceased by: her husband William Lulewicz; her parents, Michael Ladishak and Helen Kowaleski Ladishak; her son Robert Lulewicz; and her sisters, Gertude Hull, Annette Martin and Celia Kornoski.

She is survived by: her children, Beth Packer (William) and William Lulewicz (Carol). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
