She was predeceased by: her mother Hazel Weeks. She is survived by: her sister Ruth Ann Munger of Rosell Park, NJ; and her children, Tina Kizer (Frank), Shaun Cottrell (Kelley) and Eddie Cheatum. She is also survived by several grandchildren; great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
