He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl F. Rose and Margaret Reuther Rose; and his brother John "Jack" Rose. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Kimberly Gohsler; his grandson Jack of Dunmore; his brother Kenneth C. Rose; his sister-in-law Barbara Rose; his nephews, David of Scranton and Stephen Rose of Scranton; and his niece Kimberly Rose. He is also survived by 6 great-nieces.
