It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Hickey (Scranton, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 13, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard F. Hickey; her parents, Cornelius Doherty and Anna Joyce Doherty; and her brother Gerald Doherty. She is survived by: her children, Richard Hickey (Mary), Maureen O'Malley (Paul), Joseph Hickey (Susan), Cathy Graham (Tom), Jerry Hickey and Marianne Gildea (Tom). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and by 12 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Catherine's memory may be made to St. Ann's Basilica in Scranton or to the donor's favorite charity.
