He was predeceased by: his parents, Celester Bellon and Margaret Kearney Bellon; his siblings, Johanna Ayala, Brenda Telford and William Bellon; and his friend Richard Morgan.
He is survived by: his siblings, Julia Gillette, Mary Seymour (Gerald) and Cornelius Bellon of Scranton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
