He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul B. Markarian and Ann Markarian (Garis); and his daughter Brenda Ray. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Machler; his granddaughter Madison; his daughters, Kishan Markarian of Scranton and Deanna Yeager of Scranton; his grandchildren, Devon Markarian, Christopher Mursch, Paige Yeager, Renita, Selena and Michael; his great grandchildren, Nevaeda Berrios and Romeo Berrios; his sisters, Kay Ritter of Allen, TX and Judy Trodahl of New Zealand; and his uncle John Markarian of West Pittston.
