He was predeceased by: his father Donald Ross. He is survived by: his mother Irene Ross of Scranton, PA; his wife Billie Jo Ross; his daughter Tanya Brown; his grandson Heath Brown of Salisbury; and his sisters, Linda Reid (Guy) of Cheshire, CT and Susan Ross of Taylor, PA. He is also survived by five nieces, one nephew, two grand nieces and three grand nephews.
