It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Phillips (Scranton, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 23, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Merlin F. "Dutch" Phillips; her parents, C. W. Saar and Pauline Rauner Saar; and her son-in-law Scott Chamberlain. She is survived by: her son James C. Phillips (Linda); her grandchildren, Kira Chamberlain (RJ) and Adam Chamberlain (Rachael); and her great grandchildren, Caitlyn, Emma Chamberlain and Cole Hein.
