He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Curtis and Mary Dougher Curtis; and his brothers, Gerald "Moe" Curtis and Tommy Curtis. He is survived by: his daughters, Bryanna and Toni Curtis; his siblings, Barbara Sidlauskas (David), Mary Dolph (Thomas), Margaret "Peggy" Farina (Gary), Judy Gilroy (Gutz), Jack Curtis (Peggy) and Robert "Herbie" Curtis (Betty Ann); his former wife Ann Marion; his niece Mary Collette Sullivan; and his nephew David Sidlauskas. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.
