With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Fenton of Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 5, 2021 at the age of 55. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gary Fenton to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Fenton and Patricia Fenton. He is survived by: his children, Kara Fenton and Scott Fenton (Ashley); his grandson Graham Fenton; and his siblings, Deborah Kell of Scranton, Fred Fenton (Elpidia) of Scranton, Kathy Zielinski (William) of Scranton, Mark Fenton of Scranton, Patricia Fenton of Scranton and Charles Sands of New London, CT. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may pay their respects with a walk-through visitation Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00 pm at the Solfanelli-Fiorillo Funeral Home Inc., 1030 N. Main Ave. Scranton, face masks are required, and social distancing is in effect.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Gary Fenton Memorial Scholarship online at community-foundation.org or by mailing a check to the Community Foundation of the Endless Mountains, 270 Lake Ave., Montrose, PA 18801 made out to the Gary Fenton Memorial Scholarship Fund.
