With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gertrude Grimes (Scranton, Pennsylvania), born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on August 28, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Grimes and Gertrude Grimes (Rector). She is survived by: her sisters, Barbara Grimes, Carol Ryan and Pat Valle (Mike). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Ann's Basilica.
