He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Robinson Sykes Jr. and Lucille Sykes-Long (Jones); and his wife Marilyn Ruth Sykes (White). He is survived by: his sons, Lawrence Sykes of Scranton, Todd Sykes (Maria) and David Sykes (Suzanne); and his grandchildren, Lindsay, Loren, Madelyn, Clare and Philip Sykes. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to the rise in COVID cases, anyone attending the visitation or service are required to wear a mask and all state guidelines regarding COVID-19 will be observed.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Covenant Presbyetian Church or Griffin Pond Animal Shelter.
