She was predeceased by: her husband John R. "Jack" Frost; her mother Mary Stout; her daughter Lisa Ellen Frost; and her sister Antoinette Boruta. She is survived by: her children, Lori Anne Frost of Forest City, Linda Frost of Waymart, Leslie Toy of Hollisterville, Roland Frost (Ann) of Muncy, Robert Frost (Debbie) of Lake Ariel, John "Jack" Frost Jr. (Jodi) of Oklahoma and David Frost of Toronto, Canada. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
