She was predeceased by: her husband George Cook; her mother Helen Harin of Scranton; and her sisters, Marion Otto and Mary Jane Harin. She is survived by: her siblings, Cynthia Wright and John Harin; her brothers-in-law, Herb Otto and Harry Wright; her aunt Helen; her nephews, Andy Otto and Thaddeus Wright; her niece Candace Wright; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kirsty Otto, Taylor, Kevin Cooley, Mikayla Otto, Aleah Otto, Noah Wright, Mary Jane Wright, Azarah Wright and Darrio English Jr. Helen.
Before Covid, Helen enjoyed quilting so much that she belonged to three clubs.
