She is survived by: her children, Francis Rixford (Idesha) of Hawley, PA, Amanda Douglas (James) of Scranton, Joseph Rixford of Scranton and Peggy Sue Rogers (Anthony Rodriquez) of Scranton; and her sisters, Cynthia Makin, Patricia Webber and Molly Francis. She is also survived by granchildren; and (18) great-granchildren.
