With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Destefano of Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 20, 2021 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janet Destefano to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Argenta and Jean Kolloggie Argenta; and her siblings, Virgil Argenta and Joan McKeon. She is survived by: her son John James (Lisa); her grandchildren, Madison, Mitchell and Mason; her sister Sheba Argenta; and her sister-in-law Rose Ann Dougherty. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services and interment in Cathedral Cemetery will be held privately, due to the COVID-19.
