We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2021, at the age of 71, Jennifer Waters of Scranton, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jennifer Waters to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dorman and Mary Elizabeth Kearney Waters; and her siblings, Eleanor Waters Thompson, Virginia Waters and Richard Waters.
She is survived by: her friend Valerie Medley; her siblings, Dorman Waters (Gail) and Beverly Waters of Bronx, N. Y.; her nieces and nephews, Christian Brady, Fred Jr., Clark (Lara Thompson), Ethel Elizabeth (Michael Waters) and Monique Waters (Kimberly McMichael); and her sister-in-law Jeanette Waters. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
