It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joann Elizabeth Decker (Scranton, Pennsylvania), born in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 18, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oran Catterson and Mable Catterson; and her grandson Stephen Newberry. She is survived by: her children, Demaris "Dee" Newberry (Ronald) and Deirdre "Jodi" Adrian (Mario); and her sister Holly Smith (Web). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
