He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Morgan; his parents, Eugene Mulkerin and Mary Ann Mulkerin (Carson Stivala); and his sisters, Pat Carson and Tina Townsend.

He is survived by: his children, Christopher A. Mulkerin (Lacey), Heather Snyder (Erich) and John Mulkerin (Ashley); and his brother Joseph Mulkerin. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
